Warranty- Shentai
Design offers a full warranty on each and every Tungsten Carbide
ring we sale. We offer a lifetime warranty against all Polishes,
Textures, Cracks, Dents, and Breakage, Within normal use. If
any of these should occur we will replace the ring at a fraction of
the cost of
$50 for Shipping and Handling
accompanied with a copy of the sales receipt. Furthermore if
you are not satisfied with your ring for any reason feel free to
send it back within
30
days of purchase for a full refund.
Sizing and Engraving- Due to the extreme hardness and durability of tungsten, we apologize
but it's not possible to size your ring after it has been made. Unlike gold, silver or
platinum rings, which scratch and break, Shentai Rings are made of
Tungsten Carbide and will never scratch, bend, or break. So when
choosing your size make sure you’ve measured and gotten the right
size. We can exchange rings for another size within 30 days of
purchase but doing so will be
subject to fee of $40 for shipping and handling.
If it is past the 30 days ring size exchanges must be purchased at
the listed price. Also due to
the hardness of Tungsten engraving is difficult but we can do it.
